Fireside Pizza Company, located in Olympic Valley, is known for its delectable pizzas, pasta, and salads. In all but the nastiest of weather, the outdoor tables at this popular venue in The Village at Palisades Tahoe are filled with skiers coming down off the slopes and locals with dogs at their sides.
The menu includes delicious soup and salad selections, but pizza, as the name suggests, is the house specialty. A house favorite is the Fireside, which comes loaded with Italian sausage, pepperoni, fire-roasted onions and peppers, and portobello mushrooms. On the vegetarian side, the pear and Gorgonzola pizza is a standout.
Fireside Pizza Company welcomes well-behaved dogs on the patio.
