Golden gate labrador retriever rescue 2014

Shiloh Some of the dogs who land at Golden Gate Labrador Retriever Rescue were found as strays or come from bad situations. Young Lab/border collie mix Titus wandered the streets of Madera before being rescued; Silicon Valley girl Bailey, a 1-year-old chocolate Lab, was in a stairwell at Intel, but nobody claimed her. Others, especially the seniors, have had long and happy lives with the same people, but a job loss or family tragedy can change everything. Read more.

Ruby and jack arrive from india

Intrepid DogTrekker Dave Bratton had some unexpected fun this morning hanging out with these cuties, two dogs that just arrived from India. That would leave 99.9% of the lands off-limits to dogs and their owners.   Read more.
