When it comes to holiday spectacles, the Dec. 12 Los Osos Christmas Parade in San Luis Obispo County is one not to miss. This year’s theme: Christmas Safari. Participants are encouraged to decorate and costume their cars, floats and dogs to creatively reflect the theme. Awards include Best of Animal honors.
