The alaMar Kitchen & Bar new American seafood restaurant is a passion project of New York City transplant, Executive Chef Nelson German, who has worked at high end establishments such as Gramercy Park Hotel under the direction of internationally acclaimed Chef Yuji Wakiya.
The ever evolving menu, reflecting locally-sourced and sustainable ingredients, is made to share over conversation and laughter with friends.
