Beso Bistro brings regional coastal Californian fare infused with global flavors to the idyllic setting of Hamilton Field in Novato. All dishes are crafted using locally sourced organic produce, the freshest sustainable seafood available, pasture raised certified Angus beef and Mary's free range chicken.
Wines are hand selected to complement the menu or be enjoyed on their own. Beso features a majority of California appellations as well as some thoughtfully selected imports to please any palette.
