This aptly named hilltop park in the Sunset District features a dune-plant community and a small trial network of trails ascending to the summit. Most of the climb is made up of wooden stairs, while the trial at the top is soft, sandy soil. Two sets of stairways access the park: a concrete one at 15th Avenue and Moraga on the east side, and a woodn one that ascends the hill’s southwestern flank from Noriega Street.
