Kimball Community Park is located on the southeast corner of Campus Avenue and Walnut Drive in Ontario next to Woodcrest Junior High School. Built in 1955, the park was named after Fred S. Kimball, the original land owner where the park is located today. Mr. Kimball was the grandfather of former Council Member and Mayor Gary Ovitt.
The park has 2 baseball fields, a little league field, a small parking area, restrooms and drinking fountains. Due to the baseball fields, there is a lot of open grass and little shade, aside from around the perimeter of the park.
