Roger is a dog-friendly indoor/outdoor bar and restaurant located at The Ameswell Hotel. They’re redefining dinner and drinks with an on-demand menu of cocktails on tap and casual California cuisine with a Mediterranean slant.

Contactless order and pay is available at every seat in the restaurant, creating an on-demand dining experience. At Roger, you choose your own adventure – start a tab and add on food and drinks as the night continues. No more having to wait for a server and a bill to check out all of the other spaces and activities they have to offer, including the Airstream bar, table shuffleboard, lawn games and fire pits.

Roger uses local tech, such as BEAR Robotics’ autonomous food service robots to optimize operations, while bringing a little high-tech spunk.
