The park has open grassy areas, along with pine trees, red-brick pathways, and wooden park benches. A great place to picnic, particularly on the lawn at the parks edge, overlooking the ocean.
Seagrove Park sits on the edge of a bluff at the end of 15th Street, which overlooks Del Mar City Beach. It’s not uncommon for dolphins to appear beyond the shore break! The reef makes beach a popular spot for surfers.
The park is dog friendly, but keep your furry friends on their leash and use one of the provided bag stations to pick up after your dog.
