Founded in 2006, Southern California German Shepherd Rescue (SCGSR) is a 501(c)3 charity dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and re-homing pets in Southern California. With a devoted team of volunteers, SCGSR provides spay/neuter and veterinary care to ensure the well-being of the animals they rescue. Over the years, SCGSR has successfully placed more than 1300 animals in loving homes, making a significant impact in the community. Located in San Diego, San Diego County, SCGSR offers a dog-friendly environment where visitors can interact with the rescued German Shepherds.
The rescue center prioritizes the comfort and safety of both the animals and visitors, creating a welcoming space for potential adopters to meet and connect with their future furry companions. Whether you are looking to adopt, volunteer, or simply support their cause, SCGSR welcomes all dog lovers to be a part of their mission.
