Sutter Creek Wine Tasting

Sutter Creek Wine Tasting

Sutter Creek Wine Tasting serves tastings from two award winning family wineries: Fiddletown's Le Mulet Rouge, and Coloma's Gold Hill. This combination offers something for every taste—whites, reds, sparkling, and dessert wines.

More than 40 wines are for sale, all of which are available for tasting any given day. Sutter Creek Wine Tasting is the only tasting room in Amador County open seven days a week.

Visitors can taste their wines at the bar—served by some of the most witty, knowledgeable staff in the area—or enjoy a glass of wine on the porch and soak in the charming ambiance of this historic Gold Rush town.

Leashed dogs are welcome to join their people on the porch, or in the tasting room when it's not crowded.

Sutter Creek Wine Tasting also offers condiment tastings—unusually flavored mustards, local jellies, and gourmet stuffed olives, all of which pair well with the wines served.

The gift shop has curious items—art, wine supplies, gift cards, novelties—available to take home as souvenirs or give to someone special.

Please check winery website for days and hours of operation.
