Bark n’ Brewfest

The Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA’s annual Bark n’ Brewfest returns to Washington Park in Burlingame on June 27, offering guests the chance to sample beers from more than 20 local brewers while meeting adoptable animals looking for forever homes. Non-drinkers won’t be left out of the fun. Food vendor Sunset29 will be serving up tasty fare throughout the event and donating 10% of the day’s profits to support the Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA’s Hope Program.

One of the things that makes Bark n’ Brewfest special is that every ticket helps animals facing some of the biggest challenges on the road to adoption. The Hope Program provides advanced medical treatment, surgery, rehabilitation and behavioral support for pets that require more than routine shelter care. From animals recovering from serious injuries to those needing specialized treatment or training, the program gives vulnerable pets a second chance and helps prepare them for loving homes. Guests can enjoy a relaxed afternoon outdoors while learning more about the life-changing work being done on behalf of these animals.

Bark n’ Brewfest combines everything that makes dog-friendly events memorable: great drinks, delicious food, a beautiful park setting and a shared commitment to helping animals in need. For travelers exploring the San Francisco Peninsula, it offers a fun way to experience the local community alongside their four-legged companions. Local residents and visitors alike can enjoy an afternoon of tail wags, conversation and fundraising while helping provide lifesaving care for animals that need it most.
