Coastal Animal Services Authority

Coastal Animal Services Authority (CASA) strives to facilitate the placement of stray and unwanted animals in desirable homes, to establish and maintain an animal shelter and prevent overpopulation and cruelty to animals. The animals in their care are never euthanized due to lack space, or due to exceeding a predetermined amount of time.
