Howe Park’s dog park was the very first dog park constructed in the Greater Sacramento area. Since then, a new, smaller sized park has been added and dogs continue to enjoy the spacious running areas as they meet and greet other fellow canines.
To find the dog park, follow the path from the parking lot between the baseball diamond and tennis courts, toward Howe Avenue. The dog park will be on your right. Please keep dogs leashed until you’re inside the dog park, per the park rules.
