Mill Creek Picnic Area in Big Sur sits on a plateau with direct beach access, making it one of those rare spots where you can picnic with views and still have your dog within sight of the water. The creek runs through the area, and there’s something genuinely peaceful about hearing it while you’re eating lunch on the tables scattered across the grounds.
