Bar manager and mixologist Laura Spradlin brings three decades of cocktail experience to her role here. She’s developed a line of organic bitters infused with fruit, herbs, and dried, cured flowers – including many grown just down the road. Bottles of bitters are available for purchase, and they’ve become a popular Noyo Harbor Inn keepsake for guests.
