Set where the San Diego River floodway meets the Pacific, it’s among the city’s most popular off-leash parks. 

Play fetch at neighborhood dog parks in Mission Valley, Pacific Beach, South Park or Balboa Park. Stroll the studios at Balboa Park’s Spanish Village Art Center with your pup. Book a dog-friendly San Diego harbor cruise. Try standup paddling with your canine companion. When it’s time to refuel, sit down on one of San Diego’s open-air restaurant patios. Many serve special menus for four-legged diners.
